Our Founder

Tsotelo Ntsamai was born in Eastern Cape in a small village called Matatiele. Seeing injustice propelled his love for the law and led him to study Law in order to assist any person or company with legal issues. In 2004, he studied, Human Rights at the University of the North West (formerly known as University of Bophuthatswana) and subsequently registered for his LLB degree in 2005 and completed in 2008 respectively.

Tsotelo Ntsamai served his articles of clerkship with Motlatsi Seleke Attorneys, Attorneys with branches in Krugersdorp and Ventersdorp at that time. He later joined Legal-Aid South Africa Mahikeng as a Candidate Attorney from September 2010 to October 2012.

Some of his achievements whilst at Legal-Aid South Africa are that he was nominated and won the “Most Improved Candidate Attorney” for the year 2011-2012.

Tsotelo Ntsamai credits his love for assisting and fighting for justice as the reasons why he was able to achieve his success. His ability to speak 7 of the 11 official languages makes his work easier as he is able to relate and understand his clients easier and better in their first language. He also took part in a number of community outreach programs motivating the community and youth against crime.

Mr Tsotelo Ntsamai is an Admitted Attorney and Director at Ntsamai Attorneys.

Joint Venture

Our firm has formed a Joint Venture with Malebye & Maleho Attorneys from Pretoria, Gauteng Province as an initiative to up lift the development and the growth of black owned law firms.
